Prior to founding Saddle Rock Equities, Steve was a commercial real estate lawyer. He earned his JD from Columbia Law School and practiced at the New York offices of Greenberg Traurig. He has structured condominium, hotel, office, retail, and multifamily deals on behalf of developers and investment firms, including The Related Companies, The Carlyle Group, SL Green Realty, Tribeca Associates, and James Hotel Group.
Joe is an award-winning, LEED-accredited architect with over 20 years of experience. He received his M.A. from Harvard Graduate School of Design and is the founder and principal of Eisner Design, a residential and commercial architecture firm in New York City. Prior to founding Eisner Design, Joe worked at Fletcher Priests Architects in London, De Bretteville & Polyzoides Architects in Los Angeles, and Gwathmey Siegel in New York City. www.eisnerdesign.com
